How do I access my course materials after purchase?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with login credentials. You can access all course modules, videos, and study guides through our secure online student portal 24/7.
Are the courses accredited in my state?
Yes, all our real estate licensing and continuing education courses are fully approved and accredited by the respective state regulatory boards. We ensure all curriculum hours meet the legal requirements for licensure.
What is your refund policy for online courses?
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have not completed more than 25% of the course, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
How long do I have to complete my course?
Most of our pre-licensing courses provide access for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Extensions are available for a nominal fee if you need additional time to prepare for your exams.
Do you offer physical textbooks or just digital content?
Our standard packages are 100% digital for your convenience. However, we do offer 'Premium' bundles that include physical textbooks shipped via standard mail within 3-5 business days.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Absolutely. Upon successful completion of all course modules and passing the final practice exam, a digital certificate will be generated instantly for download. We also report completion hours to the state board where applicable.
